Niroshini P J and Tharini R are the Founder–Co-Founder duo behind RCH Events & Flowers and ResumeCrafting Hub Pvt Ltd, a women-led enterprise based in South India. What began as a friendship between two college mates has grown into a multi-service brand that combines creative event experiences with career development services, serving clients in India as well as professionals across the UK and Europe.

With a strong background in Human Resources, Niroshini built ResumeCrafting Hub to empower professionals with ATS-optimized resumes, LinkedIn branding, interview preparation, HRMS solutions, and global placement support. Tharini, as Co-Founder and Operations Lead, drives execution excellence, managing client relationships, operations, and strategic expansion with precision and commitment.

Expanding beyond career services, they launched RCH Events & Flowers, the creative arm of ResumeCrafting Hub Pvt Ltd, offering end-to-end event management, floral décor, invitation design, and customized event experiences. From corporate gatherings to traditional celebrations and destination weddings, their brand focuses on elegance, affordability, and memorable experiences.

Their entrepreneurial journey has earned national recognition. They were honored by BeginUp – StartupAwardsIndia (The Great Indian Entrepreneurship, Business & Startup Awards) as “Most Promising & Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” and were selected for SIWAA 2025 under the category “Outstanding Entrepreneur.” Niroshini also received the WEI Award 2025 – Women in Business Award of the Year.
