Women Entrepreneurs India is hosting an exciting workshop on cake decoration on 19th and 20th Nov. Train in the art of professional cake decorating during a one-day hands-on workshop on Cake decoration. You will learn different types of icings like Butter Cream, Chocolate Butter cream, Chocolate Glaze Icing,Feather Icing, Chocolate Ganache, Coloured Ganache and fondant. The techniques that will be taught during the workshop include Leveling & Sandwiching the Cake,Crumbing the Cake, Covering Cake with Butter Cream, Covering Cake with Ganache, Covering Cake with Fondant, Butter Cream Piping, Ganache Piping, Simple Fondant Flowers, Fondant Penguins and Fondant Snowman. Session includes Snow Theme Fondant Cake , Floral Fantasy Fondant Cake, Ganache Covered Cake with Chocolate Drizzle, Coloured Ganache Cake Piping,Glaze Iced Cake with Feather Icing Web ,Glaze Iced Cake with Feather Icing Flower, Butter Cream Valentine Cake and Butter Cream Christmas Log Cake. Participants can take home the cake that they decorate. Instructor Shymala has more than 35 years of experience in conducting culinary workshops.
